WHAT WE DO

What Every Harris Warren Installation Includes:

Whether you’re replacing one unit or outfitting a new kitchen, installation covers every step from disconnecting the old equipment to the first real service on the new one.

  1. Remove your old equipment and clear the space.
  2. Dispose of old equipment properly, in accordance with local rules.
  3. Uncrate, inspect and prep your new equipment, checking for freight damage before it is set.
  4. Set, level and secure the equipment, including restraint cables on gas equipment with casters.
  1. Coordinate the water, electric and gas connections with licensed trades where Massachusetts requires them.
  2. Start up and test the equipment under real operating conditions, and walk your staff through it.
  3. File warranty claims on your behalf for any out of box failures.

SIMPLE, FAST, RELIABLE

How Equipment Installation Works

Here’s how an installation runs, from your first call to the first service on your new equipment.

Call or Request Online

Call 508-419-9010 or request service online. Tell us what’s being removed, what’s going in, and your deadline. If you’re still choosing equipment, we can help with that too, since Harris Warren sells new equipment as well as installing it. Measurements of doorways and the space save surprises on install day.

Schedule Your Installation

We schedule around your season and your service hours. Most Cape Cod operators install in winter or early spring, before Memorial Day, so there’s time to test everything before the rush. Your technician arrives with the tools, fittings and connectors the job needs.

Remove, Prep & Install

Your technician removes the old unit if needed, disposes of it properly, preps the new equipment and installs it to the manufacturer’s specifications. Utility connections are coordinated with licensed trades where Massachusetts requires them, so the installation passes inspection the first time.

Test, Document, & Follow Up

Every installation is started up and tested before we leave, your staff gets a walkthrough, and we file warranty claims for any out of box failures. Because Harris Warren also services what it installs, the next call for that unit goes to a team that already knows it.

Highly Skilled Technicians

Harris Warren technicians train through Tech24 University on gas, electric, steam and refrigeration equipment, so installations follow manufacturer specifications and the unit is set up the way it’s meant to run.

We Stock the Most Commonly Used Parts

Vans carry the installation hardware jobs need most: gas connectors and restraint cables, water fittings and filters, leveling legs, casters and drain components, so a missing fitting doesn’t stall your install day.

90-Day Guarantee

Installation workmanship is backed by Harris-Warren’s 90-day guarantee on parts and labor. If a problem from the installation shows up within 90 days, we come back and make it right.

Planned Maintenance Programs

Protect new equipment from day one. Enroll it in a planned maintenance program at installation, timed around your season, to keep it running efficiently and help it reach its full service life.

All Fuel Types & Configurations

Gas, propane, electric and steam equipment, from a single countertop unit to a full hot line, refrigeration, ice, beverage, dish and HVAC equipment. One vendor sells, installs and services it all.
