Every Harris Warren technician serving Cape Cod and Plymouth County trains through Tech24 University, and for operators that means a technician who arrives ready to diagnose the problem, not learn it on your equipment. When a walk in fails on a July Saturday, the difference between a first visit fix and a return trip is training.
Tech24 built its University to replace the old ride and learn model, where new technicians picked up the trade by shadowing whoever they were paired with. Instead, every technician works through a structured program from entry level through advanced repair, so the standard of work is the same no matter who shows up at your door.
Proprietary Curriculum
A curriculum built on CFESA principles and 44 years of Tech24 field experience, covering electrical, gas, steam and refrigeration equipment from the fundamentals through advanced diagnostics.
Professional Trainers
Full time trainers, on site and virtual, whose only job is teaching. Classes are capped at 12 students, so every technician gets hands on time with real equipment.
In-field Support
Live video support from subject matter experts while the technician is still in your kitchen. A second opinion in minutes can turn a return visit into a same visit fix.

Harris Warren’s technicians cover cooking, refrigeration, ice, warewashing and HVAC equipment across Barnstable and Plymouth Counties, and each one builds on the same Tech24 University foundation. The curriculum follows CFESA principles, the standards set by the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association, so training lines up with how the industry itself defines good service work.
Tech24 invests in full time trainers rather than asking busy field technicians to teach on the side. Trainers work both on site and virtually, which means a Harris Warren technician on the Cape gets the same instruction as one anywhere else in the network, without a long trip for every course.
Training doesn’t stop at graduation. When a technician meets an unfamiliar fault, a senior expert can join by live video and walk through it in real time. For a restaurant, school or resort, that support shows up as fewer return visits and less downtime.

Our Training Programs at Harris Warren
Harris Warren doesn’t operate a separate training facility on Cape Cod. Our technicians train through Tech24 University’s network programs instead, with courses led by full time trainers on site and online, and live video support from senior experts when they’re in the field. A technician working out of West Yarmouth learns to the same standard as one anywhere in the Tech24 network.
