Checklist and Maintenance Tips
We gladly provide these checklists and maintenance tips for your use. As stated on our informational page on annual maintenance contracts, regular maintenance is one of the most important things you can do to assure your equipment performs to maximum efficiency for its intended life and beyond.
Here are some common sense maintenance tips that will go a long way in helping you to avoid unnecessary and costly service calls.
- Keep condensers and gaskets clean. This has the potential to double the lifetime of your equipment.
- Check gas ranges for damage to bent valves. Check for black bottoms on pots. It’s a good indicator that there is damage to the thermostats. It can cause fire. We suggest you have this repaired immediately.
- Check electrical cords for broken prongs. Repair or replace as soon as possible.
- Steamers and ice machines should be descaled and sanitized once or twice a year at a minimum, especially if there is a bread maker close by. In some high volume settings, quarterly cleaning may be more appropriate.
Our current customers receive top priority when it comes to regular maintenance. We’d much rather keep your equipment clean and running than have to respond to an emergency call. Consider the value of a regular maintenance program and contact us today.
